No reviews

A light, floral, non-alcoholic Hugo Spritz made with mint, elderflower syrup, sparkling white grape juice, and lime. Refreshing, balanced, and gently uplifting.

Ingredients

Scale

3 oz sparkling white grape juice, well chilled

1–1.5 oz elderflower syrup

2 oz sparkling water

Fresh mint leaves

2 thin slices of lime

Ice

OPTIONAL:

A ribbon of cucumber

A splash of extra syrup for sweetness

A lemon twist for brightness

Instructions

1. Fill a wine glass with ice. Let the glass chill for a moment.

2. Add fresh mint and gently clap it to release the oils.

3. Pour in the elderflower syrup.

4. Add the sparkling white grape juice slowly so the bubbles lift the mint leaves.

5. Top with sparkling water.

6. Garnish with thin slices of lime.

Notes

Test Note: Add the grape juice before the sparkling water — the texture becomes noticeably smoother.

Avoid crushed ice — it melts too quickly and dulls the drink.

Use very cold sparkling components for finer bubbles and better balance.
